Accreditation

Our accreditation department deals with approving colleges to run ABE programmes. They personally carry out inspection visits wherever possible.

They also monitor the performance of all colleges after approval. The team work hard to help all colleges improve the results of underperforming colleges and if necessary remove those unable to meet our quality standards.

Registration

The registration department enrols students into ABE.

The team assesses students' existing qualifications to confirm the correct ABE level for them. They also offer advice on exemptions.

The registration team manages student membership enquiries.

Examinations

The examinations department ensures the smooth running of ABE examinations worldwide.

It processes student entries and sends confirmation of student numbers to examination centres. At the same time it sends notifications slips to students.

After the examinations the team sends out results and awards to students and colleges.

Marketing

The marketing department raises ABE's profile among students, colleges, employers and other third parties. It also works with ABE colleges to ensure consistent branding.

The team gathers students' case studies and uses them in our new publicity material.

Publications

The publication department deals with all enquiries related to the production of ABE's two quarterly magazines: Student Focus and Business Executive. It also considers and assesses material received by students and professionals for publication.

Finance

The finance team ensures the rapid turnaround of your payments. They also works closely with colleges and members to resolve any queries.

Complaints

The Complaints department aims to answer/solve complaints about any service provided by ABE and welcome feedback or suggestions for improvement.

NB: We aim to resolve complaints and queries within 2 - 10 days of the date of receipt, though reserve the right to take longer if complexities arise.

By train
The train station to the ABE office is New Malden. If you are travelling from central London, London Waterloo mainline station provides a regular service to New Malden (journey time 25 mins). CI Tower is opposite the station.
