New resources support delivery and revision for May/June assessments
In our commitment to ensure no one is left behind, the May/June 2021 assessment window is being supported by documented Delivery Guidance (for centres) and a Guide for Lost Learning (for learners).
These resources are designed to help balance out the lost learning time that may have been caused by prolonged centre closures and disruption as a result of the pandemic. The guides enable centres to target teaching and learners to target revision to focus on the areas that will help to deliver success in this assessment session. They are not resources we provide under normal circumstances and we encourage stakeholders to make the most of them. They will enable learners to move ahead with gaining their sought-after internationally recognised ABE qualification.
The guides have been emailed to centres and learners and uploaded to the portal. To find these documents on the portal:
- Learners should go to Library > ABE info > A Guide to Lost Learning for May/June 2021 assessments
- Centres should go to Library > Centre Updates > Centre Delivery Guide for May/June Assessments
Learners who would like advice on how best to use the guides should work closely with their centre.
