Picture of Anishta BeesoonMy family is composed of two brothers and two sisters, I have a daughter as well. I work with a telecommunication company, Emtel since the past seven years. I am in the customer service field, Emtel is the pioneer in launching to 4G service in the Southern Hemisphere and many other innovative products and services.

I chose ABE first of all, due to its affordable prices, availability throughout the island and marking scheme.  In my country the perception of ABE is a quite positive one, but upon completion of a graduate diploma (Level 6), it is mandatory to continue with a degree.

The best thing about studying with ABE is that I can learn at my own pace.  I have gained so many skills!  Negotiation, analytical skills, time management, enhance my customer care, managing my team and promoting team spirit, selling skills, resolving queries and complaints from customers in a more professional manner, meeting customer’s expectations and exceeding some, trying to convert a walk-in customer into a loyal one.

After completing my degree I plan to look for an alternative job, with new challenges, new objectives.  And start my MBA hopefully.
