Anjalie Simboo, Trinidad and Tobago – Top Paper Awards in Corporate Finance / Managing in Organisations, studied at CTS College of Business and Computer Science Corporate Finance / Managing in Organisations

Anjalie SimbooI am seventeen years of age. I live with my parents and my older sister. Previously I pursued O’ Levels in a range of business subjects which I was very successful at. I have a passion for both the business field and culinary arts.

I chose to study ABE due to its prominence and its massive recognition in Trinidad.  It is the fastest route to gain an internationally recognised qualification.  The staff of CTS College of Business and Computer Science made me aware of the advantages. After careful consideration I, along with my parents, decided it was the best choice.

I studied at CTS College. The experience has been wonderful and I look forward to continuing my ABE studies with them.

ABE is widely recognised in Trinidad and Tobago as it is very relevant and concepts can easily be applied to real job situations. It gives students an understanding of the business world and prepares them for the workplace and its challenges.

I have recently commenced my studies for the ABE Level 5 in Business Management and will continue along this pathway whilst, on a part time basis, I will be in the kitchen experimenting.

There are several things that I admire about ABE. I am relieved that resources are easily accessible. The manuals are student friendly and comprehensive with the use of real life examples. The programme is very cost effective in comparison to others and it can be completed in a short period. ABE is also very interactive and efficient providing updates, exam timetables and exam results on time and accurately.

ABE has assisted me in becoming an increasingly independent and efficient budding professional.  Having a positive outlook is the first step in being successful at anything you aspire to accomplish. Studying for long hours doesn’t work for me. Having a balance between ‘work’ and ‘play’ does the trick.

My future intentions include working in the business field as well as opening a gourmet café jointly with my sister.
