Certificates are usually dispatched from ABE’s London office four to six weeks after results are issued.
Because of the variances of postage please allow three months (in the case of postage directly to a private address), from the release of results, for your certificate to arrive but this is the worst case. Most people will get their certificates more quickly. If yours has not arrived after three months, please contact us (email@example.com) immediately. Do not leave it more than six months or your enquiry will be treated as a replacement certificate request.
For learners in:
- Trindad & Tobago
If you are registered with an ABE college your ABE manager will deliver your certificate to your college. If you are a private learner, the manager will make arrangements to get the certificate to you directly (either by post or contacting you to arrange collection from their office). ABE will post your certificate to the address listed in the Members Area. To find details of your ABE manager simply go your country’s webpage from the select a country option at the top of this page.
Learners in the rest of the world
If you registered through an ABE college, certificates will be sent to your college. If you registered with ABE as a private learner, they will be sent by airmail to your address to the address your address as registered with us.
