Business education solutions for employers
ABE is internationally renowned for developing skills that improve people's management capability and effectiveness. ABE qualifications are designed to provide our alumni with the skills employers need.
When you employ an ABE graduate you can be confident you are employing someone with a qualification of the highest standard and the ability to make a real difference in the workplace, so much so that many employers sponsor their employee's study or promote ABE graduates on successful completion of their qualification. The reason for this is because employers see a direct benefit from having ABE-qualified staff in their organisation. You can read numerous examples of this in the learners' stories section of the website.
ABE offers full diplomas in business management, human resources and marketing, these match the stages of a Bachelors degree. We also offer shorter qualifications based around entrepreneurialism and employability. In addition, we can provide a range of short digital workplace skills / professional development courses. These are based on future skills needs identified by the world economic forum.
Why you can be confident in ABE qualifications
ABE is a British Ofqual-recognised awarding organisation that has been operating internationally for more than 45 years. Ofqual is the UK government's official qualifications regulatory authority for England. ABE has to meet exacting standards in order to be Ofqual recognised.
Ofqual arranges qualifications by ‘Levels’ of difficulty and they are titled accordingly. This is the table of equivalencies to Ofqual Levels:
|LEVEL||Other qualifications at the same level|
|Level 3||UK Foundation Degree, UK 'A' level, BTEC National Cert|
|Level 4||BTEC Professional Diploma, first year of 3 year Bachelors degree course|
|Level 5||HND, Higher Diploma, second year of 3 year Bachelors degree course|
|Level 6||Bachelors Degree (final year), Graduate Diploma|
|Level 7||Masters Degree, Postgraduate Diploma|
