Nicola Rylett-Jones, Chair of ABE Global, and Rob Kindness, Sales Director, will deliver speeches at the upcoming Accreditation Services for International Schools, Colleges & Universities (ASIC) conference in Vietnam. Both will share insights on the future of education, leadership, and accreditation in a rapidly changing global landscape.

As Chair of ABE, Nicola leads an organisation with a clear mission: to widen access to inclusive economic opportunity through business education. ABE equips individuals around the world with business, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills that not only change careers but also transform lives and communities.

Nicola's speech

In her address, Nicola will highlight how accreditation underpins trust and quality in education while creating pathways for greater international collaboration. With significant gender gaps persisting in senior education roles, a key theme of Nicola’s speech will also be how to increase the representation of women in leadership.

Speaking ahead of the event, Nicola commented: “Championing women in leadership is not just a matter of fairness — it is a matter of progress. When women lead, communities flourish, organisations thrive, and economies grow stronger. By working together across accreditation bodies, education providers, and leadership institutes, we can create opportunities that unlock the full potential of women everywhere.”

Rob's speech

In his session, Rob Kindness, Sales Director for the region, will talk about John Adair’s renowned Action Centred Leadership (ACL) model, looking at how its three overlapping priorities — Task, Team, and Individual — offer a practical framework for effective leadership within education.

Ahead of the event, Rob said: “Focusing equally on tasks, teams, and individuals ensures a holistic approach that supports both academic excellence and personal development, shaping positive outcomes for students and schools alike.”

Conclusion

The conference promises to be an inspiring two days of dialogue, collaboration, and thought leadership — underlining the shared commitment of ABE and the ASIC to shaping the future of education worldwide.
