People & Executive Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised People & Executive Coordinator to provide day-to-day support to the Managing Director whilst helping coordinate people and business operations across the organisation.

This varied role brings together executive support, people coordination and business administration. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will help keep priorities on track, support smooth internal operations and contribute to a positive employee experience for a team of around 40 colleagues across the UK and internationally.

  • Salary: up to £37,000
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Fully remote working, with some travel requirement to company team meetings and/or meetings with Senior Leadership Team and colleagues.
