IAS Support Indonesia has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ABE Global to launch the ‘’Global Standardisation for Enhanced Capability’’ programme, marking a new era in the development of world-class Indonesian talent. The signing ceremony was attended by representatives of the British Embassy, reinforcing international confidence in this strategic collaboration.
Through this partnership, IAS Support will implement a comprehensive global training and certification pathway designed to elevate both technical and soft skills across its workforce. The initiative aims to align employee competencies with international best practices, ensuring their readiness to compete on a global scale.
The collaboration is expected to significantly enhance service quality in sectors closely connected to public needs, including facilities management and technology services. By embedding global HR standards, IAS Support strengthens professionalism and operational consistency across its national service network.
This MoU demonstrates IAS Support’s ongoing commitment to innovation, growth, and strengthening Indonesia’s workforce in the global marketplace while opening doors to broader international cooperation in the future.
The MoU signing was witnessed by the Deputy Country Director - Trade (Department of Business and Trade), FCDO Jakarta, the President Director of IAS Support, Muhammad Putra Pariadi and Ms Dian Kusumaningtyas (Ms. Tyas), the Human Capital Director.
