Last week team ABE spent three days in the beautiful city of Kigali in Rwanda as silver partners at the ministerial education summit Innovation Africa. The conference provided quality time with Ministers, officials and policymakers from across Africa – who were there to make real commitments.
The closing theme was 'Schools of the Future Day'. Previously Rwanda Prime Minister Edouard Ngirente had spoken of how young Africans need 'the skills to succeed in both the current and future labour markets... and modern technologies', with Minister for Education Gaspard Twagirayezu speaking of the importance of #entrepreneurshipeducation in creating the jobs of the future.
ABE is working to develop entrepreneurial solutions, accessible anywhere and at any time, extending our reach globally and defining clear pathways from Classroom to Boardroom in strategic partnership with GenEx.
ABE is proud to be a Partner of Innovation Africa, backing this transformative event which is set to reshape education strategies across the continent.
It's been a great end to a great year meeting with educational colleagues in Kigali and 2024 promises much. What will your future classroom look like?
