''From my perspective, the most valuable part of studying with ABE has been its practical, strategy-focused approach. I particularly appreciated how frameworks like PESTLE, Ansoff’s Matrix, and the VRIO model were not just taught in theory but applied to real-world business scenarios. This hands-on methodology helped me develop a strategic mindset, sharpen my analytical thinking, and prepare for the complexities of today’s global business environment.''

''I am Bills Mboma from Mzuzu, Malawi. I come from a family that values education, strategic thinking, and community impact. My academic journey has been shaped by a passion for corporate strategy, sustainability, and global competitiveness. Through my studies, I’ve developed expertise in strategic evaluation frameworks and applied them to real-world business challenges, culminating in my recognition with the Top Paper Award in Business Strategy and Decision Making by ABE.

I chose to study with ABE for its globally respected curriculum as it offered the perfect blend of academic rigour and practical application. I was particularly drawn to its emphasis on strategic frameworks and decision-making tools that align with real-world corporate needs.

I studied as a private learner under Business Management Cloud (BMAC).

ABE is increasingly recognised in Malawi as a mark of excellence in business education. Employers value its practical orientation and the strategic mindset it instils in graduates.

My immediate goal is to secure a role that aligns with my passion for creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking. I’m actively seeking opportunities where I can apply the skills I have developed, particularly in sustainability, global competitiveness, and corporate strategy. I also plan to publish my award-winning paper and begin contributing to thought leadership in business strategy and decision-making.

From my perspective, the most valuable part of studying with ABE has been its practical, strategy-focused approach. I particularly appreciated how frameworks like PESTLE, Ansoff’s Matrix, and the VRIO model were not just taught in theory but applied to real-world business scenarios. This hands-on methodology helped me develop a strategic mindset, sharpen my analytical thinking, and prepare for the complexities of today’s global business environment.

By studying with ABE, I’ve sharpened my ability to synthesise complex ideas, evaluate corporate challenges, and communicate strategic insights with clarity and precision. These skills have been instrumental in both academic and professional settings.

My tips for successful study are to structure your learning around strategic frameworks, which provide clarity and direction. Practice iterative refinement; your first draft is never your best. Always align your insights with real-world applications, and stay informed through global institutions such as the UN, EU, World Bank, and US government. Their policies, reports, and initiatives offer valuable context for understanding global business dynamics and enhancing the relevance of your strategic evaluations.

My long-term goal is to become a global strategy advisor, helping multinational corporations align with sustainability goals, navigate geopolitical risks, and leverage innovation for long-term growth.''
