''My name is Climiton Asumaili Mussa, and I have recently completed my ABE Level 6 Diploma in Business Management. I am currently employed as a Cashier at Kukuye Amusement Park, located in Lilongwe, Malawi.
I am the second born in the family, and I come from Nyalabvu Village, under the authority of Kalumo in the Ntchisi District. My education journey began at Nyalabvu Primary School, and later I moved onto Mpherere Community Day Secondary School (CDSS), where I completed my Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
I joined the Malawi College of Accountancy in 2011 to study Business Management. I completed the programme and acquired the Foundation Diploma, Full Diploma, Higher Diploma, and Advanced Diploma in Business Management. Additionally, I have an Advanced ICT Certificate for the Messenger/Office Assistant from Mpemba Staff Development Institute in Blantyre.
I decided to study with ABE because it provides globally recognised, flexible, and useful credentials that enhance academic and professional abilities. The well-structured ABE course is intended to give students management skills, contemporary business knowledge, and the capacity to successfully navigate real-world obstacles.
I've gained a better understanding of project management, business operations, and how to make wise managerial and financial decisions thanks to my studies with ABE. Employers and the general public in Malawi view ABE credentials favourably. ABE graduates are viewed by many as disciplined, well-trained, and competent in managing and administrative duties. Employers are aware that ABE offers both theoretical knowledge and practical skills that are applicable to the modern business world.
My objective is to pursue a Bachelor of Business Management and Leadership degree after completing my ABE studies. This will improve my capacity to confidently and successfully run any kind of business. I am confident that these studies will aid in the development of my deeper leadership and strategic thinking abilities, which are critical in the cutthroat business world of today.
The most beneficial aspect of studying ABE is the extensive business knowledge it imparts, which includes everything from comprehending contemporary business practices to successfully managing operations, projects, and personnel. I have improved my problem-solving, leadership, and business management skills as well as my comprehension of workplace innovation and change thanks to ABE.
My perspective has totally changed as a result of my studies; I now know how to invest income sensibly to create and optimise profits, which is an essential ability in the modern economy.
My long-term goal is to start my own business or a sizable enterprise that will support the development of my neighbourhood by empowering people economically and creating jobs. With the foundation and abilities I've acquired from ABE, I think I'm headed in the right direction toward achieving this goal. I am grateful to ABE for enabling students like me to develop into competent, self-assured, and progressive business leaders.''
