''My name is Esther Lyka Disman. I'm 27 years old. I come from Blantyre in the southern region of Malawi, and that is where I’m currently staying with three of my family members. I'm not yet married but soon to be. I love leading, writing novels, and I have also found an interest in painting recently.
I chose to study with ABE because l felt that it would provide me with bigger opportunities and ways to advance and grow professionally. My journey in Business Management started off at Pact College in 2020.
Many employers in Malawi have the highest impression of ABE Diploma holders because they are known for their hard-working spirit and their ability to work independently in most of their work which saves a lot of time for not having to check on them regularly. This is an excellent quality for employers.
My immediate plans after gaining a diploma level 6 in Business Management is to pursue my degree in Business Administration and then do a Master’s in Business Administration.
The best thing about studying Business Management with ABE is that it’s so flexible in terms of time and the abundance of resources available to support one's studies. The modules are so intense and very informative in all aspects of a business which helps to develop a deeper and broader understanding of a business.
Studying Business Management with ABE has helped to gain a lot of skills that other managers have learned through years of vast experience such as good communication, leadership, and project management along with other valuable skills that will help me make a significant contribution to any managerial position that I will be hired for at any organisation.
My tips for success are:

- Keeping an eye on the present dynamic environment.
