''First of all, I’m from Mandalay, which is one of the biggest cities in Myanmar. I come from a humble and supportive family, and my parents have always encouraged me in everything I set my heart on. I’m truly proud and grateful for their support.

After completing my Grade 12 exams, I initially began studying Japanese because my goal at that time was to go to Japan. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and the changing situation in my country, I had to shift my plans. That’s when I discovered New Next International College. They introduced me to ABE and explained its value in the business world. I found it interesting and decided to pursue it.

Currently, I’m working in Abu Dhabi, UAE, as a receptionist and customer representative at a restaurant. It’s been a great experience in terms of developing my communication and customer service skills while continuing my studies.

I chose to study ABE because I wanted a flexible and internationally recognised business qualification that could open doors for me both academically and professionally. When I first learned about ABE from New Next International College, I was really impressed by how practical and career-focused the programme is.

At that point in my life, I had already experienced some changes in my goals due to the situation in my country. So, I wanted to make a smart decision, something that would give me real business knowledge, improve my critical thinking, and allow me to grow professionally, even while working. ABE felt like the right fit because it’s structured, globally respected, and suitable for people who want to build a strong foundation in business. Also, I liked how ABE allows students to progress step-by-step while applying what they learn in real-life situations. That practical side really motivated me to choose ABE.

I studied my ABE course at New Next International College in Myanmar. The college has been very supportive throughout my journey, providing quality teaching and helpful guidance. The environment there made it easy to stay motivated and focused, and the instructors really helped us understand how to apply business concepts in real-world situations. I'm grateful I chose to study there, it was the right place to begin my ABE journey.

In Myanmar, ABE is becoming more recognised and respected, especially among young people who are looking for international qualifications without having to leave the country. Many students see it as a strong alternative to a traditional university degree because it’s practical and flexible. As for employers, those who are familiar with ABE view it positively, especially in sectors like business, marketing, and management. They know that ABE graduates are equipped with practical knowledge and skills that can be applied in real-world situations. Overall, ABE’s reputation is definitely growing, and people are starting to see its value in the job market.

After completing my current ABE qualification, my immediate plan is to continue building both my academic and professional experience. Academically, I’m considering progressing to the next level of ABE or possibly using my qualification to enter a degree programme related to business or marketing. At the same time, I want to keep working and gaining real-world experience, especially in customer service, business operations, or marketing, because I believe combining practical work with academic learning gives me a stronger foundation. Eventually, my goal is to either start my own business or grow into a management role where I can really apply what I've learned through ABE.

The best thing about studying with ABE is the flexibility and practicality of the programme. It’s designed in a way that allows students like me, who are also working to balance both study and real-life responsibilities. The content is not just theoretical; it’s directly connected to real business situations, so I can apply what I learn immediately in my job. Another thing I appreciate is the international recognition. Knowing that this qualification is respected globally gives me confidence for my future, whether I want to work abroad, start my own business, or continue studying. Overall, ABE gives me a clear path to grow, both professionally and personally.

Studying with ABE has helped me develop several valuable skills. One of the most important is critical thinking. I’ve learned how to analyse situations and make better business decisions. I’ve also improved my communication and problem-solving skills, which are very useful in my current job as a receptionist and customer representative. For example, dealing with different types of customers requires patience, clear communication, and the ability to handle problems calmly. The knowledge I gained from subjects like customer relationship management and business communication really helps me stay professional and effective at work. Overall, ABE has given me a more confident and organised approach to my job, and I know these skills will benefit me in any career path I choose.

One of the most important tips I can share for a successful study is to stay consistent. Even if you study a little every day, it makes a big difference over time. Don’t wait until the last minute; try to review your lessons regularly. Also, understand the concept, don’t just memorise. ABE subjects are very practical, so if you focus on understanding how things work in real business situations, it’s easier to remember and apply them. Another tip is to use the resources available, like past papers, examiner reports, and recommended reading. These helped me understand what kind of answers are expected. Lastly, don’t be afraid to ask questions or discuss topics with your classmates or tutors. Sharing knowledge and hearing different perspectives really helped me learn better.

In the long term, my goal is to build a successful career in the business field, especially in areas like marketing, customer service, or operations management. I want to continue growing both academically and professionally, possibly completing a degree after my ABE qualification and taking on leadership roles in the future. Eventually, I also dream of starting my own business. I’ve always been passionate about entrepreneurship, and with the knowledge and skills I’m gaining from ABE and my work experience, I believe I’ll be ready to take that step one day. I want to create something meaningful, possibly in the hospitality or service industry, where I can use both my business knowledge and my customer-focused experience.''
