Balancing a full-time administrative career with her studies at CTS College, Marisa values ABE’s flexibility, which allows her to study at her own pace and manage her workload effectively. Studying with ABE has boosted her confidence and strengthened her professional growth. Read her full story below:
''My name is Marisa Mc Kenzie Johnson, and I am deeply honoured to receive the ABE Top Paper Award in Human Resource Management. I am currently pursuing an ABE Diploma in Business Management and Human Resources with CTS College in Trinidad and Tobago. As someone with a full-time career in administration, ABE has given me the flexibility to study at my own pace, allowing me to manage my workload while progressing towards my academic goals. One of the things I value most is the ability to choose how quickly I complete the qualification, or pause if needed, without having to start over. That flexibility has been a tremendous benefit.
This recognition means so much to me, and I am grateful to my family and friends who believed in me throughout my journey. After completing the ABE Diploms, my goal is to commence a Bachelors degree in Business Management. Studying with ABE has boosted my confidence both professionally and in my personal life, and reminds me that persistence pays off and I’m proud to be part of the ABE community.
