Rondell says ABE's flexible and internationally recognised qualifications have helped him strengthen his business, leadership, and analytical skills. These skills supported his recent promotion to Divisional Case Management Officer II at the Judiciary of Trinidad and Tobago. Read his full story below:
''My name is Rondell Edwards. I am an Associate Member of ABE and a Member of the Institute of Leadership. I live in Trinidad and Tobago, and I am the second of three siblings. During my teenage years, the quote, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”, by Nelson Mandela, always stayed with me. It motivated me to push through every challenge and inspired me to achieve my educational goals. Today, I hold an ABE Level 5 Diploma in Business Management and Human Resources, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Bedfordshire.
I recently pursued an additional ABE Level 5 qualification in Business Management and Leadership, where I achieved a Top Paper Award in the unit Workplace Coaching and Mentoring. ABE has helped me progress in both my education and career. Through my qualification, I was able to progress to a Bachelors degree and advance in my career. I recently transitioned into a new position as Divisional Case Management Officer (CMO) II at my organisation, the Judiciary of Trinidad and Tobago.
I highly recommend ABE for individuals who have a keen interest in business, leadership and entrepreneurship. ABE has helped me improve my business, leadership and analytical skills. I strongly recommend these qualifications for aspiring managers, entrepreneurs and executives.
I chose ABE because of my passion for the field of business management. It has indeed helped me become a valuable employee within my organisation and an asset to my colleagues. I studied the Human Resources and Leadership specialisations because of my interest in both fields, and I wanted to be well-equipped to become an effective manager in any organisation I may serve.
One of the best things about studying with ABE is the flexibility it offers. You can study at your own pace or choose to study as a private learner. Furthermore, ABE qualifications are internationally recognised, which is a major benefit. My advice to current and future learners is to believe in yourself, thoroughly review all study materials provided by ABE and do proper research when completing assessments.
