''I am Sneha Selvanee Garibah and I am 29 years old. I was born in Mauritius during the cyclone of Hollanda.
Currently, I am working for the most prestigious company in Mauritius called Accenture. Since I was a teenager, I have always dreamed of working at Accenture. Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security. Accenture has over 710,000 employees globally who help in delivering and serving clients in more than 120 countries. The project I am currently working on is for UK clients. Through this, I have developed essential customer service skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
I remember well it was in 2021 when I told my husband that I don’t have any aim in my life, I want to achieve something and become someone important. Then I started surfing on the internet and the next day I told him I wanted to complete my studies. I came across Delta Institute Mauritius through social media. The first thing that I have done is to check its reviews about ABE, student satisfaction, comments, and how it has helped previous alumni to achieve their goals. Upon that, I also saw that ABE is a way that would help me to advance my knowledge and qualifications. With ABE Level 4, I have gained the credibility and trust that I needed. With my ABE qualifications in hand, I can apply for jobs that were previously out of reach. Employers recognise the value of my improved education, and I find myself with more job offers and opportunities for career advancement. ABE not only enhanced my academic abilities but also instilled in me a sense of self-discipline, time management, and a strong work ethic. As my career progressed, I realised that my ABE qualification was a stepping stone to further education.
In my current role, I find satisfaction in helping customers to solve their problems and answer questions. Being able to assist them and make their day a little better can be quite rewarding. Also, tackling customer issues and finding solutions can be intellectually stimulating. It requires critical thinking and adaptability to handle various situations.
Overall, my journey with ABE was a turning point in my life. It opened doors to opportunities I had never imagined, kick-started my career, and provided me with the foundation I needed for my continued education and professional growth. ABE is instrumental in shaping my career path and helping me reach my goals.''
