''My name is Rondell Edwards, and I am an Associate Member of ABE. I have successfully completed an ABE Level 5 Diploma in Business Management and Human Resources with Merit.

With a specialisation in Business Management and Human Resources, I bring expertise in both fields and I am equipped to be an effective manager or leader in any organisation I serve. This qualification has helped me become an independent thinker and has improved my analytical, communication, and writing skills.

Additionally, my ABE qualification has played a major role in shaping my professional life at my organisation, the Judiciary of Trinidad and Tobago. Through this qualification, I have gained numerous skills, such as critical thinking, problem solving, and effective communication, which have enhanced my ability to work in unison with my colleagues. It has also equipped me with the knowledge and confidence to approach tasks more efficiently and with greater confidence. I have grown both personally and professionally, becoming a more proactive and resourceful employee at my organisation. Thank you to ABE!

One of the course modules I enjoyed most was Employee Engagement. This module had many takeaways, and one key lesson learnt was that employee engagement is crucial for organisations because it improves productivity and morale. Understanding this has shaped my perspective on leadership and the importance of fostering a positive working environment.

Furthermore, with this ABE qualification, I was able to progress to the University of Bedfordshire to pursue a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Business Administration. I strongly believe that ABE qualifications are an asset that can assist business executives, entrepreneurs, and other professionals to be successful in the business world.''
