Alfred Ford School of Management (AFSM) is the world's first Conscious Leadership MBA — an online, part-time programme built specifically for working professionals who want to keep their job and income while they study, rather than pause their career for full-time study. AFSM offers a 10% tuition discount to all ABE qualification holders across its Postgraduate Business Diploma, MBA and DBA programmes, stackable on top of AFSM's existing need-based scholarship. Apply through AFSM's normal admissions procedure.
ABE Level 6 Diplomas (all streams RQF framework)
Holders of these Diplomas can gain direct entry onto the following AFSM programme:
- MBA (top-up route) — part-time, online, delivered in partnership with PPA Business School Paris, designed to be studied alongside full-time employment
ABE Level 4 & 5 Diplomas (120-credit, all streams RQF framework)
Holders of these Diplomas can gain direct entry onto the following AFSM programme, with credit recognition carried forward for those who progress to the MBA:

AFSM's curriculum is organised around a "People, Profit, Planet, Purpose" framework, built on the premise that profit is the outcome of leading well, not the starting obsession. Unlike a full-time or campus-based route, AFSM's model is rolling admissions and part-time by design — six intakes a year, with no fixed start date to wait for — aimed at mid-career professionals in South Asia, Southeast Asia and Africa who are already working and want an MBA that fits around that, not instead of it.
