ABE has operated in Myanmar for more than a decade, providing courses and qualifications which empower young people with the skills and confidence to pursue a career in business or entrepreneurship. We are following events in Myanmar closely and urge all parties to exercise self-restraint and to observe the principles of constitutional government, using dialogue to achieve a speedy and peaceful resolution. Myanmar is a flourishing country which has enjoyed inclusive economic development over the past 10 years. We will stand-by to support learners when they are ready and able to resume their studies with us. In the meantime, our thoughts and prayers are for a positive and peaceful outcome for the people of Myanmar.
