Principles & policies
ABE is an independent, non-political organisation and it is not affiliated with any political party, cause or person in the UK or internationally. Our objective is to help individuals develop the business skills, competencies and attitudes that will enable them personally to become more prosperous and competitive. Often this will mean working directly with governments on programmes and initiatives, but in so doing ABE remains resolutely politically neutral.
Our principles relating to slavery and human trafficking, including forced labour, involuntary labour, child labour, and human trafficking:
- We are committed to protecting and preserving the rights of our employees, those employed in our supply chain, and those affected by our operations;
- We believe that all employment should be freely chosen and free from any form of forced or involuntary labour;
- We are opposed to the use of any form of child labour or practices that inhibit the development of children.
These principles are central to our company ethos.
