''I am Aye Pa Pa Phyo who passed the matriculation exam in 2019 at CAE Private High School in Mandalay and completed BTEC Level 4 HNC in Business Management at Strategy First College Mandalay.
I am currently working as an Analyst in training management at AIA Insurance Myanmar in Yangon. I chose ABE because it offers an accelerated pathway to academic progression, professional growth and flexible study options.
ABE diploma is also globally recognised, and theories are based on real cases of organisations. I successfully completed my ABE Level 5 Diploma in Business Management at Business Institute Yangon (BIY College). In my country, ABE qualifications are highly respected by employers as they prepare students to be competent and work-ready professionals with strong management capabilities.
Once I completed the ABE Level 5 Diploma, I continued to study the ABE Level 6 Diploma at BIY College while working at AIA Myanmar.
After that, I am planning to progress to a Masters. The best part about ABE is its hands-on approach using real business case studies for students to apply in the workplace. Through ABE, I have gained critical business skills, including strategic planning, financial analysis and leadership, all of which I have been applying successfully in my workplace.
My key advice for those who are studying ABE is to consistently attend the lecture and learn, follow the guidelines of teachers, actively participate in class discussions and apply theoretical knowledge to real business cases for better retention.
My future plan is to bridge data analysis and leadership, first as a project manager using data to guide business strategy and improve training systems, then influencing high-level business decisions to enhance organisational efficiency. ''
