I am a self-driven individual based in Harare Zimbabwe. As a working mother and wife, l have high expectations of achieving good grades and motivating my 3 children. I have been working in the Microfinance industry for 8 years and have a passion for working with people.
I decided to study Human Resources Management after l had been promoted to Human Capital Development Manager. I figured this course would help me successfully engage with my peers and colleagues on a more professional level.
ABE has a good reputation with employers that know of ABE’s programmes. The reason why l chose ABE was because it is flexible and self-paced. The study material is readily available and affordable.
The combination of Business Management and Human resources has helped me understand all business units. It has taught me that an organisation’s greatest asset is its Human Resources. I would like to be a CIPD member and pursue my Masters majoring in Human Resources. I also intend to start studying Payroll Administration. The mentioned studies will help me reach the level of HR Director for the organisation l am currently working for.
A tip for successful studying is to read at least 2 hours a day. Go through the academic journals provided on the portal and revise past papers provided on the ABE portal.
