Melcina
I have acquired skills from ABE which I have imported into my current job as an administrator: teamwork, resilience and adapting to fragile and dynamic working environments.

Melcina was working in a shop and chose ABE to help her achieve her dream of becoming an administrator.  We are pleased to say she is now an administrative assistant and plans to complete Level 6 and going onto a Business Administration degree.  Here's her story:

"I am a single lady aged 26 from Lilongwe, Malawi.  I am the fourth-born daughter in a family of five.

I have the Malawi school certificate of education which I obtained at police secondary school in the year 2015. In 2017 I started working as a shop assistant and thought it wise to go back to school with the little money I was earning.  Since I was young it was my desire to become an administrator, so I researched which exam boards do the right kind of course and I found the ABE Business Management programme.  Many students prefer ABE due to their good reputation in terms of accreditation and international recognition.  We thank God, now I have found a job at Choice Construction where am working as Administration Assistant - I went there with the ABE Level 5 certificate.

I am continuing with my Level 6 Diploma at PACT College Lilongwe weekend classes. Many students here in Malawi prefer studying while working, using the practical skills and knowledge gained in their organisation.  I have acquired skills from ABE which I have imported into my current job as an administrator: teamwork, resilience and adapting to fragile and dynamic working environments.

My long term plan is to succeed with ABE, finish my Business Administration degree, and to be the topmost Administrator in any company."
