Jamila Baptiste is pursuing her ABE Level 5 Diploma in Business Management and Human Resource Management at CTS College. With a background in administrative support and a passion for hairdressing. Jamila chose ABE for its international recognition, practical curriculum, and flexible learning structure. Chrispin Matekenya is currently studying with ABE at the Institute of Continuing Education at the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS). Inspired by his aunt’s success through her ABE journey, Chrispin has chosen to follow a similar route to build a meaningful and impactful career. ''My name is Rondell Edwards, and I am an Associate Member of ABE. I have successfully completed an ABE Level 5 Diploma in Business Management and Human Resources with Merit. 

With a specialisation in Business Management and Human Resources, I bring expertise in both fields and I am equipped to be an effective manager or leader in any organisation I serve. This qualification has helped me become an independent thinker and has improved my analytical, communication, and writing skills.
